Our recent acquisition of a 20.000 sqm area in Milan Feltre district. The area was sold by the Promor Foundation and by Ing. Mattei, a non-profit company operating in the small city of Morbegno. Once the area is urbanized, the Foundations will have a 5,500 SL (gross area) square meters building.

With an 80 million euros total investment, our Company will build a new residential project of approximately 350 residences, 12,000 sqm free and 8,000 sqm for Social housing residencies with the addition of a small trade serving area.

The project, that is located in the quadrant between the Deruta, Sangro and Crescenzago streets, will start within 24 months and will be concluded, indicatively, at the end of 2026, two years after the opening of the construction site.

The development planivolumetric structure, designed by Studio Beretta Associati and AG&P Greenscape, includes an elevated central podium and an elevated high altitude walk with a continuous and changing urban landscape, in continuity with the “hilly” trend of the Lambro Park: an elevated pedestrian ring entirely accessible thanks to the presence of suspended paths surrounded by nature which,thanks to its arrangement, defines a succession of different spaces at different heights.

The green will be the primary component of a project where the construction will be the minor: 16,000 square meters of green will contribute to the improvement of the ecological and environmental indicators of the nearby areas.
